Transitions Centers Inc. offers Day Services, Life Planning, and Employment Services for transitioning students/adults. Day Services include independent living, self-advocacy, socialization, and volunteer opportunities. Nursing support, Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy are available to facilitate greater adult community integration and enhance opportunities for quality of life experiences. Employment Services provide support with finding, securing, and maintaining your career. Life Planning can include exploring independent living options, benefits planning, optimizing resources, and family networking and supports.
