Employment Services
-- Experience in placing adults/students with challenges in community employment that match the person's interests and abilities
-- Evaluation of work readiness that entails job trials in businesses in the community
-- Work orientation, support in completing employment paperwork, setting up transportation, preparing for entering the world of work, etc
-- Job development and placement, assistance in finding a job, this includes resume writing, interview skills training and assistance in identifying employers and following up on job leads
-- Job coaching/job supports to assist you in learning your job and in identifying and requesting accommodations if necessary
-- Ongoing support for both the employee and employer
-- Development of Entrepreneurships
-- Assistance in obtaining funding
Supported Living Services
-- Assessments to determine independent living skills
-- Facilitation of medical, therapy, and psychiatric appointments
--Achieving Life Skill independence including money management, safety, and independent travel
--Embracing community integration including town cultural activities, spiritual or religious involvement and neighborhood assimilation
-- Assistance in obtaining Social Security Benefits, Housing, Advocacy, etc.
